Harris, an ENFP woman, is candidating for the presidency in the United States of America. Before having irrational feminists on my back, I would be supporting any honest ENTJ woman for the presidency. However, ENFP men or women are not suited for the presidency.
Let’s do some contrast:
Enfps are very good at public relations, diplomacy, and political communication. However, managing a country is a lot more complicated task. It requires a higher Extroverted thinking level. ENFPs often overestimate their management capabilities, i.e. their third cognitive function: Extroverted thinking Te.
They should focus on relationships, even political, high-hierarchy levels Interactions and “deals”. This is what they are most skilled at : Business/institutional communication, creating deals, coaching people to communicate and make deals!✅
Politics is certainly partly based on management deals, consensus and influence. Enfps are good at these. So The they can be competent side-kicks to the president but never competent presidents not matter how much they develop themselves. In movies created by Enfps, they like to put Enfp women in all type of managerial positions even presidency. This is a delusion and a catastrophy for people. I can’t endorse this illogical fantasy. Yes Enfp women are competent in low level to middle level management in companies but it’s mostly in new projects where a lot of input/information need to be processed and a lot of business meetings need to be conducted. To be leading a team is another story.
Enfps work best in bonding with people not imposing on them rules, regulations and orders. They can try to do it for a limited amount of time, but ultimately, they will fail miserably. Instead, they should have tried to influence intimately.
ENTJs are something else:
Power of decision-making, sharp mind to evaluate rationally situations, events, and future outcomes of decisions.
Capacity to think critically, craft long-range plans, and project their organizations into the future.
Decision-making assertiveness, bold approaches, attention to practical details, and forceful physical presence ensure charisma and a listening environment.
A president needs to be respected. He/She doesn’t need to know everything, to be aware of everything, to follow all the News 🗞️, to have a sharp understanding of the deeper roots of power holding at all levels.
He /She definitely needs to be aware of the power dynamics, who holds what, when, and how in regard to conglomerates, holdings, and Heads of Government institutions.
Now an enfp or many can come into play as an entourage for the Entj president. Advice, consulting, market studies, public opinions, emerging trends in society, presentation of influencers for and against current politics.
